Impact 360 integrates eLearning with the forecasting and scheduling function, so managers can schedule lessons at the most opportune time, to minimize impact on service levels. Training content can include:

- Learning “clips” from your organization’s best-in-class interactions, as captured by the desktop activity monitoring function.
